Finding Solace
In the quiet pause between my heartbeats, as I stop racing for a moment, and my breaths release my tangled heart, there lies a poetic stillness. The world, once chaotic, now slows to the rhythm of my exhaled worries. My turbulent soul now finds tranquility in the loving embrace of the cosmic divinity.

Sometimes you want to retreat, to be away from the world and disappear within. Forgetting the names and the faces, to-dos and to-be's, unlearn the ways of the world, and just be. Just remain as you were made, as you are. It's been such a long time since I haven't just sat still and embraced the silence, enjoying my being.
I haven't reveled in the fact that I am alive, blessed to witness nature's dynamic beauty, with all its serenity and complexity.
I long for the gentle tap of the raindrops falling on my skin, the murmur of the breeze weaving through the trees, and the sweet warmth of the morning sun that seeps within, enlightening my being. I miss losing myself as I marvel at the sky adorned with the twinkling stars, and how the brightness of the moon enchants my heart.
When you feel lost in touch with yourself and when your inner voice has shut down, it becomes essential to reconnect.
A cup of warm tea at the end of the day, a soothing song, or taking a long walk in nature, usually does the work.
It seems an alone time for self in our busy daily lives is a necessary ritual. A time of the day devoted solely to doing something you love or for some deep soul-searching. Knowing your inner self becomes a great strength when your sweetness drowns rather quickly as you find your way through this unaccepting bustling little world...
However, there are times when it takes a little longer to recharge, unplugging oneself from the world, a need for a complete dive into nature and oneself.
