Life is Beautiful

A nd there she was all broken and beaten, lost in a world she doesn't belong, with her shattered heart again splintered into pieces... torn and tarnished, she stood there listless, lifeless. Then one morning she saw the dews falling, the rays sipping in her warm bed, the silk dancing in the breeze ,she witnessed how colors came to life...how it filled her in.  A distant tune starts playing, a beat so foreign, a rhythm so alive, and suddenly her empty heart starts beating, her feet is dreaming, she closes her eyes and let it go, she lets her dissolve in that melody, in that beauty, to remain as a distant story, dancing and rejoicing...a distant melody- fresh and flowing... Life, how can I complain when every form of you is so colourful, every encounters more beautiful , how you find new ways to fill me with gratitude.

Finding joy in the mundane

Dear, how do I describe this place to you, this healing womb of nature, this early morning breeze, the warmth that surrounds me right now? This scene so simple, so mundane and yet it looks so surreal. I indulged myself to a hot cup of jasmine tea while admiring the beauty ahead of me. In no time the crowd began to gather in the streets below, transforming into this colorful marketplace. It was a busy day filled with people buying and selling goods, children running around happily. Suddenly I felt the need to close my eyes and immerse myself completely in the feeling that was manifesting within. Its as if everything around me feels so alive. Strangely somehow my tormented mind found peace in this noise. I realized then how dead I felt in the concrete city, it felt like living in a giant box. However, now it feels as if I've cut threads with everything else that was pulling me down before. It feels like I can just sit here and watch people pass by the whole da...

FALL

#Always  thought the strings were so delicate that even a small shake can sever it, like a thousand blades cutting my heart to shreds.  May be the memories of my first break down was so severe that it frightens me to weave another-  another such thread of connection, such indulgence, pulling me towards it, tangling me in its illusions, caging me in its webs creating a  world fabricated - like a castle built in the loafty skies,  a world marveled with delusion, a fantasy, sprung from the deepest corners of your desires -your darkest desires, nothing but a figment of our own imaginations,   But still strong and provocative... befuddling and impairing our senses, and when this takes you to the height where reality and fantasy clashes … You fall thousands feet deep… All torn, unable to rise again. So, just to be safe I’ve shut the door of affection to remain apathetic toward others sentiments. Sometimes I think to myself of how restrained and ignorant I...
